Chef Nora loves pomegranates!

A Greek myth tells of Persephone, who ate six pomegranate seeds when visiting her husband Hades in the underworld. That dietary mishap required she spend six months there each year, rather than helping her mother, Demeter, the goddess of agriculture, tend to the fertility of the Earth year-round.The story serves as an explanation for the seasons, and every chef understands and honors the wisdom of seasonal foods.
